鱼香茄子的做法用料
茄子2根大葱3根生抽2勺淀粉1勺醋1勺白砂糖3勺温水4勺蒜少许小葱少许
鱼香茄子的做法
1茄子两根 筷子做对比。供参考
2大葱3根切小段,一瓣蒜切片,两根茄子切条
3准备调鱼香汁 此图为勺子大小
4将一勺醋(陈醋),两勺生抽,三勺白砂糖,四勺水(温热水)一勺淀粉调成鱼香汁待用(此为鱼香汁)
5找一个深而小的锅,放入能够淹没茄子的油,将茄子倒入锅中炸。
6炸至茄子稍许变小变色,起锅控油,可以用厨房用纸吸油。
7用炸过茄子的油留少许(一点点即可),放入半勺郫县豆瓣酱,葱段蒜瓣炒出香味倒入茄子翻炒,倒入鱼香汁,直到收汁。
8.起锅放入香葱即可。
