3、把准备好的200g面粉倒入一个大碗中,打�?个鸡蛋,加一勺食盐,然后慢慢加入准备好的250g清水,边倒边搅拌,面粉的吸水性和鸡蛋的大小有差异,清水的用量可以上下增减30g左右�?strong>最后调好的面糊状态是流动的,比普通酸奶稍微稀一点,因为后面还要加入韭菜末,会增加浓稠度�?/strong>这时候要多搅拌一会,能增加面粉的筋性,也能避免有面疙瘩�?/p>
4、韭菜沥干水分之后,切成韭菜末,切得稍微细一点,切碎备用�?/p>
5、切碎的韭菜末加入到面糊中,搅拌均匀,现在的质地和酸奶是差不多的,搅拌均匀之后开始煎�?/p>
6、锅烧热,加入适量的食用油,用勺子把面糊舀进锅中,用硅胶铲将它刮平,面糊不要太多,薄薄的一层就可以,根据家里锅的大小来决定,我这个�?8厘米的平底锅,加�?大汤勺面糊,摊均匀之后转中小火,等底部定型,上面的面糊有点凝固,翻面,煎另外一面;
因为饼皮较薄,煎的时间也不用太久,正反面大约2分钟就差不多了,只要表面的面糊完全凝固就熟了�?/p>
